Despite the spacious family rooms, there were cleanliness issues!!! The noise disturbances from the traffic outside were annoying!!! I also found the internet service to be frustratingly slow at times!!! Such a letdown!!!

Very attentive and caring staff at reception and housekeeping.

The food was tasteless, lukewarm and no recommendation for the hotel brand. A dramatic deterioration to our last stay. Furthermore it is unacceptable that the staff was rolling out the breakfast trolleys and placed them in the restaurant at 8 p.m. !!! Impossible ! And not to tolerate.

I can't believe I had to go down to reception to order room service, what a luxury! And the carpet was stained, charming. As a well-traveled individual, I expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but shockingly, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

We appreciated staying in this hotel, it was nice and stunningly beautiful. Travelled with our dog, spent 1 night here and had a great stay. The location was convenient and marvellous and next to a river and a lush forest. Moreover, the area was lovely. The restaurant was average for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. Overall the staff was fantastic and amazing.

Convenient location near motorway. Very pretty location overlooking a small stream.

I was blown away by the beautifully redesigned ambiance and the spacious family room that had everything we needed. The outdoor terrace dining experience overlooking the serene creek and waterfall was just perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Plus, the pool area with free towel service made it so easy for us to enjoy some sun while relaxing by the water!

This hotel is clean and in a convienent location to the freeway A-7.

The spacious Standard Twin Room was super modern and clean. The pool area was a great spot to relax after a long drive.

secure parking and close to the north south route .the room was quiet.a good selection at breakfast.

the evening dinner was only passable,with thin portions of meats.

The rooms were air conditioned & new-fashioned with a nice bathroom.

The outdoor pool was a highlight, and we loved the cozy bar area for winding down together. We also explored local attractions and created lovely memories. The staff were helpful, and the room service was efficient.

Nice clean modern room, which had recently been updated and was very comfortable. Quiet. Free on-site parking

With the exception of the receptionist, all staff were amateurish and inefficient. The food was pretty awful and the service poor. The wine was expensive. No bathrobes to facilitate the use of the pool
